Terms & Conditions

Last updated: September 2026

These terms apply when you book and attend sessions with Built Up by Coach Bianca (operated by Bianca Mungalsingh, sole trader, Bristol). By registering, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and your child.

1. Booking and your trial

New players start with a 3-week trial. You pay for the first 3 weeks upfront to secure a place, then pay the balance of the term only if you'd like to carry on. Registration runs on a rolling basis, so you can join at any point in the term and pay for the remaining sessions.

A place is confirmed once payment for the trial is received. Places are limited, and we keep our groups small, so we can't hold a spot indefinitely.

2. Payment

We'll send you a payment link to confirm your place. Fees are as shown on our Sessions page and are payable in advance. If a payment is not received, we may release the place to another player.

3. Cancellations and refunds

The trial payment secures your place and, once the trial has started, is non-refundable except where required by law. If you need to cancel before the trial begins, please let us know as early as possible. For missed sessions, refunds and make-up sessions are at our discretion — please get in touch and we'll do our best to help.

4. Sessions and attendance

Session days, times and venues are listed on our Sessions page. Please arrive on time and collect your child promptly. Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian before and after their session unless otherwise agreed. Occasionally we may need to change or cancel a session (for example, due to weather or venue availability) — we'll give you as much notice as we can.

5. Behaviour

We want every session to be safe, positive and fun. We ask players and parents to be respectful to coaches, other children and the venue. We reserve the right to end a place, without refund, in cases of serious or repeated unacceptable behaviour.

6. Health, fitness and medical information

Please tell us about any medical conditions, allergies or additional needs that could affect your child's participation, and keep us updated if anything changes. By registering, you confirm your child is fit to take part in physical activity.

7. Risk and liability

Football is a physical activity and carries an inherent risk of injury. By taking part, you accept these normal risks. We take safety seriously and hold public liability insurance.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under law. Beyond that, we are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings, or for injury that occurs without fault on our part.

8. Photography and media

We sometimes take photos or videos during sessions, which we may use to promote our coaching (for example on our website or social media). If you would prefer that your child does not appear in any photos or videos, just let us know in writing and we'll make sure they don't. You can withdraw or give this consent at any time.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
