This policy explains what personal information Built Up by Coach Bianca collects, why, and what your rights are. We take your privacy — and your child's — seriously, and we only collect what we need to run our coaching sessions.
Who we are
Built Up by Coach Bianca is a football coaching business operated by Bianca Mungalsingh (sole trader) in Bristol, UK. For any privacy questions, contact us at [email protected]. We are the "data controller" for the information described here.
What we collect
When you fill in our registration or enquiry form, we collect:
- Your name, email address and phone number;
- Your child's first name, date of birth and gender, and their football experience;
- Which session you're interested in, and anything you tell us in the message box.
If you accept cookies, we also collect anonymous usage data through Google Analytics (see our Cookie Policy).
Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange coaching — this is necessary to take steps at your request and to provide our service (our legitimate interests and, where you go on to book, performance of a contract).
- To keep in touch about your child's sessions — confirming places, times, payments and safety information.
- To improve our website — using analytics, only with your consent.
We never sell your data or your child's data.
Children's information
Registration forms are completed by a parent or guardian. We hold only the minimal information about your child that we need to coach them safely and appropriately. If you'd like us to update or delete it, just ask.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted providers to run the service:
- Formspree — securely receives and stores our form submissions and forwards them to us.
- Google — provides our website analytics.
- Our email and hosting providers, to receive your messages and run the website.
These providers only process data on our behalf. We don't share your information with anyone else unless the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and registration details for as long as you're in touch with us about coaching, and for a reasonable period afterwards. If you ask us to delete your information, we will — unless we're legally required to keep it.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the information we hold about you or your child;
- ask us to correct or delete it;
- object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it;
- withdraw consent for analytics at any time.
To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
